Two countries. Two weeks. In Uganda — gospel crusades, the launch of the School of Service, and humanitarian aid. In Rwanda — the East African Leaders Conference.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…" — Matthew 28:19
To glorify God in Uganda and Rwanda by winning the lost, raising servant-leaders, and caring for families — and to leave behind strengthened local churches and lasting partnerships across East Africa.
Open-air evening meetings with worship, preaching, and prayer for the sick — every new believer connected to a local church for follow-up.
Officially opening a school to train believers in servant-leadership and ministry, so the work continues long after we fly home.
Food parcels for vulnerable families and school kits for children, with a joyful children's outreach — the gospel shown in action.
Gathering pastors and ministry leaders from across the region for teaching, equipping, prayer and partnership — the second week's whole focus.
Two weeks, one week in each country. We begin in Bugiri District, Eastern Uganda, with our established host church, then cross to Rwanda for the East African Leaders Conference. The two legs are joined by a short regional flight (Entebbe ↔ Kigali, about 1 hour 20 minutes) or by coach.
Our established base: Nankoma Town Council, Bugiri District, in the Busoga sub-region of Uganda's Eastern Region — about 190 km (3.5–4 hours) by road from Entebbe International Airport and roughly 77 km east of Jinja. On the ground we partner with Rock Church Ministries International.
The week's work: a day of fasting and prayer, a gathering of about 50 pastors, a leaders' conference each morning and an evangelistic crusade each afternoon and evening, the official launch of the School of Service, and help for families in need.
Status: host relationship established; exact dates to be confirmed.
The second week is given to one thing: gathering pastors and ministry leaders from across East Africa for teaching, equipping, prayer and partnership. A room full of leaders, sent back to their own churches and nations strengthened.
Our host church, venue and full conference programme are being finalized with local leaders — details posted here as soon as they're settled.
Status: host partnership, venue and dates to be confirmed.
Week one is in Uganda — the plan below is our host team's preliminary schedule, so days and details may still move. Week two belongs to the conference in Rwanda.

Two separate things, kept clearly apart. We're raising $20,000 for the ministry work in both countries. Every traveler pays their own airfare and personal expenses — no gift given to the ministry fund is spent on a team member's trip.
This is what we're asking partners to give toward.
Each team member raises or funds their own way. We'll give you the current per-person estimate and help you raise support — email us and we'll walk you through it.
One goal: $20,000 for the ministry work in both nations. Every dollar given goes to the work — the team pays their own way. Every gift is tax-receiptable through Knowing God Missions.
0% of our goal — crusades, the School of Service launch, humanitarian aid, and the East African Leaders Conference.
Give any amount toward any of these — ask us what a particular gift covers and we'll tell you exactly.
You don't need to be an expert — you need a willing heart. We need preachers, teachers, worshippers, helpers, encouragers and pray-ers. Two weeks, two countries, one gospel. Travelers cover their own airfare and personal expenses — but you won't do it alone: we'll train you, give you the current cost estimate, and help you raise your support.
